After a career in the Food & Beverage Industry, Patrick became licensed in 1998 and started with a small boutique office, High Desert REALTORS. Though the Brokerage has grown to four offices and over 70 agents, he has been with that same brokerage for over 25 years!
Patrick is a Designated Broker and Relocation Director, holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), e-PRO (Internet Professional), and GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute), ALC (Accredited Land Consultant), and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) Designations, as well as SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource), RSPS (Residential & Second Home Property Specialists), AHWD (At Home With Diversity) and the MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certifications.
Patrick is a past President of the Idaho Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® and a past President of the Idaho Falls Multiple Listing Service. He served on the Idaho Real Estate Commission’s Education Council as the East District Representative.
He currently serves the Idaho REALTORS as a State DIrector on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors; The Risk Management Committee for the National Association of REALTORS®; on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Ammon; and on the Board of Directors for the Tautphaus Park Zoological Society.
He is a Certified Instructor and owns a Real Estate school, Malone Real Estate Solutions in Idaho Falls.
In his spare time, he plays trumpet in an eighteen-piece Big Band. Patrick is married with two sons and enjoys music, hiking, kayaking, mountain biking and camping.
